If the booking is canceled before 7 days from the scheduled date, a full refund will be issued.
No refund will be provided if the booking is canceled between 1 to 7 days from the scheduled date.
We aim to process refunds within 5-7 working days from the date of cancellation. The credited amount will be transferred to the customer's bank account.
Customers can contact us to reschedule their booking, subject to availability, without incurring any additional charges.
