1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or advance deposit. PaddleCult reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. Any balance amount must be settled at check-in unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking type and season. Refund eligibility will be communicated at the time of booking. No-shows may not be eligible for refunds.

5. Guest Responsibility

Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect property rules. Any damage to property, equipment, or furnishings will be charged accordingly.

6. Activity Participation

Participation in surfing, yoga, and other activities is voluntary. Guests must follow all safety instructions and disclose any medical conditions prior to participation.

7. Liability

PaddleCult is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the stay or activities, except where required by law. Guests participate in activities at their own risk.

8. Use of Property

The property and facilities are to be used only for lawful purposes. Any illegal activity or violation of local laws will result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected during booking and stay is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

PaddleCult reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

1. Check-in & Check-out

2. Government ID Requirement

As per Indian regulations, all guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.

Foreign nationals must provide a valid passport and visa at the time of check-in.

3. Occupancy Policy

Only registered guests are allowed to stay. Any additional guests must be declared in advance and may be subject to extra charges.

4. Visitor Policy

Visitors are allowed in common areas but may be restricted from entering private rooms. Entry of non-registered guests may be limited after evening hours.

5. Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Guests are requested to respect the peaceful environment of the property.

6. Smoking & Alcohol

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Guests are expected to consume alcohol responsibly. Use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

7. Safety & Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The property is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of valuables.

8. Activities & Participation

Participation in surfing, yoga, or water activities is at the guest’s own risk. Guests must follow all safety instructions and inform staff of any medical conditions before participating.

9. Pets Policy

Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Additional terms and charges may apply.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay in cases of misconduct, violation of rules, or safety concerns.
