Set along Black Beach Road in Thiruvambadi, just minutes from the shoreline and the vibrant energy of the Varkala Cliff, PaddleCult was created as more than a place to stay. Our Story
PaddleCult began not as a hotel, but as a passion.
Founded by surfers who grew up with the waves of Varkala, the idea was simple — to share the ocean in its most authentic form. What started as a small surf initiative gradually evolved into a thoughtfully designed stay, shaped by the people who passed through and the community that formed around it.
Over time, PaddleCult grew into a meeting point — for travelers, surfers, creators, and seekers from around the world. A place where mornings are guided by the tide, afternoons unfold without urgency, and evenings bring people together through shared experiences.
