Four things to settle first.

Dates & people
Send your preferred dates, attendance and how many guests would like to stay. We have five Tropical Cottages and nine Coastal Rooms; room count is not an event-capacity promise.

Spaces & schedule
Tell us about meals, working sessions, performances or a shoot. We will confirm the usable space, access needs and a weather alternative for the agreed plan.

Privacy & permissions
Discuss guest privacy, cameras, vendors, music, licensing and timing. Exclusive use is available only when specifically agreed, not automatically with a room booking.

A written quote
Check the scope, price, payment schedule and cancellation terms. Do not book outside suppliers or announce an event until the arrangement is confirmed.
Rooms & shared time
Make room for an overnight stay.
An overnight plan gives a group time to arrive, eat and spend the next morning together. Decide room sharing, arrival times and activities as one plan.

Can we book a wedding or engagement event?
Send your proposed format, dates and guest count for an engagement, wedding-related gathering or private celebration. Suitability, capacity, catering, suppliers and permissions are reviewed before a quote or confirmation.
Can we reserve the whole property for privacy?
Ask about exclusive-use arrangements for your dates. A standard stay does not include a property buyout. The team must confirm which rooms and spaces are included, staff access and any privacy requirements in writing.
Is there a fixed event rate or a guaranteed music schedule?
No. Events and shoots are individually quoted. There is no standing promise of a DJ night, late-night music, dedicated conference equipment or unrestricted filming.
Can a team come for a day without staying?
Yes, enquire about a day plan. Agree meals, activities and property access separately. Pool use, equipment and transport are not automatically included.
