Accommodation
Accommodation is delivered at Paddlecult in Varkala for the arrival and departure dates shown in a confirmed reservation. The room type, occupancy, inclusions, rate conditions and payment status in that confirmation form the service record.
Surf sessions and packages
A surf service is confirmed when the team agrees the date, time, format, participant details, price and payment requirement in writing. Ocean conditions can require a reasonable change of time, meeting point or format.
Retreats, groups and collaborations
Custom experiences are delivered according to the written proposal or confirmation accepted by the organizer. Dates, headcount, included activities, exclusions, payment stages and cancellation terms should be checked before acceptance.
Digital confirmation
Reservation and payment confirmation is delivered electronically through the relevant booking platform, email or agreed messaging channel. Check that the name, dates, room or service and amount are correct and report an error promptly.
