Accommodation cancellations
Cancellation and prepayment conditions vary by date, room and rate plan. Read the policy shown before payment and in your confirmation. That booking-specific policy determines whether a change, cancellation, no-show or early departure is refundable.
Bookings made through another platform
If you booked through Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo or another channel, request changes and refunds through that channel unless your confirmation explicitly says otherwise. Its rate rules and processing times apply.
Surf sessions and activities
The written confirmation or quote for a surf session, package or activity states the applicable change and cancellation terms. Safety-driven timing changes may be needed when conditions are unsuitable; the team will explain the available reschedule or refund path for that booking.
Retreats and groups
Retreats and group stays may involve deposits, reserved capacity and third-party arrangements. The written proposal or confirmation supplied before payment is the governing cancellation schedule.
Refund processing
When a refund is due, it is normally returned to the original payment method. Bank, card and booking-platform processing time is outside Paddlecult’s direct control. Keep the reservation reference and contact the same channel used to book.
